Arancini

It’s late.  I’m exhausted.  I’ve had too much wine and way too much food.  I laughed so much that my face hurts.

BUT.

Before I retire to bed, I wanted you to know about my love of arancini, which are deep fried rice balls.  Crispy, creamy, cheesy, salty.  Yummy.

 

This one is from Ciano, near the Flatiron District in Manhattan.  I’m already planning my next visit.

In the meantime, I’m off to dream of these tonight.
